Great realtors are hard to find. Let's face it, a realtor license requires a couple hours of training and a fee. Anyone can get a realtors license. Compare that to mortgage loan officers, who require 20+ hours of training annually and multiple state and national tests to be licensed. Or appraisers, who now are required to have a 4 year degree. So you have to really make sure you have a good, knowledgeable realtor.
